Nehemiah was a servant who found himself in the uncomfortable position of having drawn the attention of the king.  However, rather than shrink back in fear, he prayed to the Lord and boldly told the king his heart was broken over the condition of the city of his forefathers and then he even more boldy asked the king for permission to go to this city and for the king's blessing and support to do so!  And the king gave his blessing and more.  Are we bold enough to do the Lord's work without fear, knowing that God is in control?
