Through the divine counsel contained in God’s word, through the guidance of His Holy Spirit, through the encouragement and admonition of His people; God has always provided His people with means to direct their lives.  Unfortunately many Christians persist in leading their own lives from their limited perspective, filtered through fleshly desires instead of an eternal perspective.

We sometimes even justify our sinful actions by the idea that what we’re doing is going to help God, therefore in our minds making it either less sinful or not sinful at all.

God wants you to know that He is control and that in those times when you can’t possibly imagine what to do you need to let God do God’s job.
